技術の進歩のためにも「ブミ」のアトムコレクションは日本の製造業チームと協力し、両会社の高い技術を表す靴を提供する。

Lafeet Zipangとatom by bumiのコラボレーションで本格的な裸足の感覚の体験を地峡すると靴づくりの詳細な技術を同時に体験できる。また、裸足の力を保ちながらランニング靴の安全さの組み合わせデザインがアドバンテージを与える。

より良い履物を作るためにマエストロから学ぶ. コラボレーターによると、裸足と靴で歩く違いを把握するために、これは岡山大学のスポーツ科学の研究チームの支援を頂きながら6年間をかけて研究と開発重ねてきた。その結果、足の指を自由に動かすことで、地下足袋は裸足の感覚に最も近い履物である。

そうすることで、靴づくりの技術とデザインを国際的な場において懸け橋となることができる。atom by bumi は商品としての「靴」とそこに含まれている「ストーリー、価値観、起源」の間にある境界線を表してる。

Lafeet Zipangとatom by bumiのコラボレーションでできた靴の名前は：「水月」。感じられる神聖的な美しさは存在するが、言葉に表すことができない。日本語の「水月」という言葉は、水面に映される月の美しさが平安時代の文学作品に影響を与える。その美しさがこのコラボレーションの色とする。

Nurturing High Craftsmanship

As craft needs to develop, the atom by bumi and the Japanese manufacturing team worked together to serve you with a pair of Jikatabi shoes that reflect the authentic craftsmanship and the product development journey of both organizations.

The shoe collaboration between Lafeet Zipang and atom by bumi brings you the design and specifications of a running shoe with the advantage of barefoot-like kicking power that is also safe and durable.

Meeting with the right collaborator made us eager to learn from the guru to make better Jikatabi footwear. They even took another 16 years of research and development to find the difference between walking barefoot and in shoes with the support of the sports research team of OKAYAMA University and the aid of Japan Sport Science University.

Together, through collaboration, we can bridge the relevancy between craft and design in the global footwear landscape. Thus the atom by bumi depicts a firm line between the content (shoes) and the context (the story, the values, and its origins).

The shoe collaboration is named The Suigetsu Moon Water 水月. Inspired by classical Japanese history (from the Heian period 794-1185), where many works of art and literature grew out of admiration for moonlight’s reflection on the lake's water. It eventually made the color of our shoe collaboration.
