“Hi, I bought Pijakbumi shoes but it doesn’t fit properly...”


Don’t worry!

We provide opportunities for customers who need to return or exchange their items for the following reasons: the size received does not fit, the damaged/defective or missing part, and the wrong item(s) arrived. 

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return. To be eligible for a free return, you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Step 1. Please contact us through WhatsApp and attach the unboxing videos without pause and photos of the items received. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Step 2. Once your complaint is approved and product replacement is available, our Customer Care will send you the Return and Exchange Form. It contains instructions on how and where to return your package. You shall return the items to our warehouse within 5 (five) working days after you receive the form. Items sent back to us without first requesting and confirming a return will not be accepted.

Step 3. After receiving and confirming the returned items, we will proceed with the replacement to your shipping address. The first return and exchange are on us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Apparel, accessories, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and discount/promo/sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges or Refunds
Exchange is eligible only for items that have equal or higher prices. If the replacement is unavailable, we can proceed with refunds. 
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned items, we will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pijakbumi wants you to be happy with your online purchases and find the most appropriate shoes to your feet. You can purchase through our website and pick up your items at our store. Otherwise, you can always visit our offline and pop-up store here.
