Shipping policy

Domestic Orders

We ship from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
All orders placed before 12 PM on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) will be delivered on the same day. However, pre-ordered items usually requires 14-28 business days of stock arrival.
You will receive another notification in your email when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or promotion inbox.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
If you need any assistance with your order please contact us immediately at our WhatsApp with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

International Orders

We ship from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.
These shipping methods do not have online tracking information.
If a package can not be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Pijakbumi is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
